Nutrient Blast No Bake Cookies

Nutrient Blast No Bake Cookies

Very proud of this recipe!!!

Luke has taken longer to sleep through the night than Noah. It finally got to a point where I knew I needed to find a way to be super consistent with his supplements. Since making these cookies, he is actually sleeping through the night. Within just a few days of having a cookie every day, it has been a regular trend. Wow!!!

Nutrient blast no bake cookies!!

I was really struggling to get Luke to get all his supplements in. Toddlers are tough because they make a mess but want to feed themselves!! When I mixed supplements in yogurt it went everywhere!!! Plus, it was really hard to find different foods each day based on our meals plan to mix it in. It would be foods at different times of day, and it became hard to remember. Then, sometimes he wouldn’t be as hungry and wouldn’t eat all of what I crushed it into.

So, these are super kid friendly and easy to make sure he gets them in daily!!! He gets about a half Paramin and half Limcomin per cookie. I made 20 cookies plus eating a little batter. Obviously, it is very easy to remember to give him a cookie at a certain time, and it is very consistent that he will eat it unless he is really full. I mean what kid turns down a cookie as an afternoon snack or night time snack!

  • 2 cups coconut sugar
  • 1/2 cup chocolate protein
  • supplements – 5 Paramin AND 5 zinc or Limcomin [depends on personal hair mineral analysis plan and it is very important to have supplements that meet a specific person’s needs]
  • 1 stick grass-fed butter
  • 1/2 cup organic milk
  • 2 cup old fashioned oats
  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • 1 cup organic peanut butter or favorite nut butter
  • 1 TBSP vanilla

Line baking sheets with parchment paper.

In a large saucepan over medium heat, combine the coconut sugar, milk, butter, and chocolate protein powder. Bring to a boil, while stirring consistently.

Boil for one minute while continuing to stir.

Remove from the heat and stir in remaining ingredients. This is when you mix in the supplements. Crush them well with a knife. Mix them in when the mixture has started to cool a little so the supplements are still good.

Using a large spoon, spoon large spoonfuls of the mixture onto the parchment paper. Allow to cool completely. Eat immediately or store in an airtight container for up to a week.
