Easy, healthy kids lunch!
Here is a typical lunch I pack my 4 year old, Noah.
For his morning snack, I aim to make sure it has healthy fats and protein like almond flour crackers.
For lunch, he always wants half a sardine salad sandwich. I make it with wild caught sardines, mayo, sea salt, and pepper. It’s loaded with selenium, vitamin A, vitamin D, calcium, and Omega 3s.
His sides focus on fiber and colors (vitamins and minerals). He loves fruits like raspberries and carrots with a healthy dip.
How do you make your kids’ lunches fun and healthy?
